Suzie and the grandmas made the pooh bear cake… pretty incredible, right? Elliot loved it. Well, she loved the look of it and kept saying “Bear, bear, bear!” but wasn’t overly knocked-out by the cake itself. Then again, I guess a whole pooh bear ear is a lot of cake for such a tiny human being.

Funny, every time she opened a present she would hold it up and go: “Oooo, cute!”
I couldn’t find my camera on my first daughter’s first birthday (?!) so Becky and my dad picked up the slack. These above are from my dad (on his brand new iPhone). Becky took a bunch more that I’ll also post some time soonish.
